Who we're looking for
Catalyst is always looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong interest in energy access and climate change mitigation to join our team and support delivery of several mandates. Our team is fully decentralized and works remotely in Africa, Europe and the US.
Our DNA
Catalyst's DNA is practitioners. We are interested in people with prior experience in energy access enterprises — PAYGo solar, mini-grids, C+I solar, clean cooking — as well as individuals with a background in management or strategy consulting in energy access or a related field.
